The Terraformer, a device that creates living conditions on Mars, is destroyed, the whole population of people living on Mars are forced to descend into underground caves. In Red Faction: Armageddon, a Volitition action game, you play as Darius Mason, one of the few braves ones that surface Mars in order to make some money by mining or scavenging. On one of his quests Darius is tricked into opening a shaft that had held a powerful evil trapped within it for decades. Only you and the Red Faction are now capable of saving Mars!
